SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Please read the following policies carefully.

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items MUST be in new and unused condition. With original tags and labels attached. Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. 

To return an item, please email southern_amor@yahoo.com to begin processing return. Securely re-package item(s) and ship or deliver to the following address:

After receiving return request and returned item(s), condition of item(s) will be inspected, and process of refund will begin. Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to process, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email when we have processed your refund. 

EXCEPTIONS: 
Sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned. 
ALL accessories or undergarments are ineligible for return.

Local pick-up is available during operational business hours, Monday-Friday (8AM-7PM) and Saturday (10AM-4PM) unless closed due to holiday/emergency.

Standard shipping (3-5 business days)

FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100. 

We currently do not offer international shipping. 


Orders will only ship during normal business days (Monday-Friday) EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS

Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date. 

Once your item(s) ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Lost or damaged items, please email us right away to begin a claim process. Must be filed within fifteen (15) days from the time order processed.
